This floor had been through a few lives before we got to it. Multiple old epoxy coatings, built-up glue residue, and a badly worn slab underneath all of it.
Stripping that back took extensive grinding. There's no shortcut, and polishing over old coatings simply doesn't work: whatever is left underneath comes through the finish eventually.
Once the slab was clean and sound, we took it through multiple polishing stages to a premium, high-end finish. For a furniture retailer, the floor is part of the display, and this one now holds its own against the stock standing on it.

Jay will come and look at your floor, tell you honestly what it can become, and give you a fixed price. Same crew, same standard, whatever the size of the job.
