Grind and seal grinds your floor to 120 grit, then protects it with a sealer on top. It's quicker and more affordable, and it suits garages, patios and older slabs. Polished concrete keeps going through much finer stages until the concrete itself shines, which lasts longer and carries a 10-year warranty. Not sure which suits your slab? It depends on the size of the floor, the condition of your slab and the finish you choose. Large open areas cost less per square metre, and detailed work in a finished home costs more. The free on-site assessment gets you a fixed price, not a rough estimate.

Both. We grind and polish fresh pours and older slabs alike, including floors coming out from under carpet, glue or old coatings. If a slab isn't strong enough for a full polish, a grind and seal gives a similar look without the risk.
Most home floors take a few days depending on size and finish. New slabs need at least 28 days to cure before we can grind them. Big commercial floors are quoted with a clear schedule, and our Hiper Trowel gear gets large areas done in a fraction of the usual time.
